Watched Border TV this evening and was so proud of a little boy running for his dad supported by his friends helping to raise money and help others just like his father, who could be struggling badly with mental health challenges. CALM is an amazing charity and we just wanted to say what a wonderful young man, an amazing group of young people and a super supportive mum and cousin. Well done you are an inspiration and you have all helped more people realise the services that are out there and you have increased awareness for CALM's. Be proud of yourselves and well done.
